Ujjayi mit Baum-Visualisierung. Plavini mit Herzensöffnung. Surya Bhedha. 1 Runde Bhastrika. Tadaki Mudra. Chakra Mudra-Leiter: Ashwini Mudra, Mula Bandha Mudra, Agni Sara Mudra, Matsya Mudra, Kaki Mudra, Uddhiyana Bandha Mudra, Nabho Mudra. Großes Vajroli Mudra. Khechari Mudra. Anschließend Satsang mit kurzem Singen, Tryambakam, Arati. Diese Pranayama Sitzung ist nur geeignet für bei Yoga Vidya oder Sivananda Yoga Vedanta ausgebildete Yogalehrer sowie Absolventen der Yoga Vidya Kundalini Yoga Seminare.
